About This Product
■Summary
A continuous foam carrier that immobilizes useful microorganisms in wastewater treatment at high concentrations and improves treatment efficiency. Not only for newly constructed treatment facilities, but also when the amount of wastewater increases and can no longer be treated by existing treatment facilities, simply adding a sponge carrier can improve load efficiency and eliminate the need for additional facilities.
Furthermore, it is effective in reducing installation space in excluded facilities that need to be made compact.
Features
■For BOD and oil removal (same vegetable oil)
It has strong affinity and biocompatibility, and can immobilize microorganisms at high concentrations. This allows for higher loads to be applied compared to normal activated sludge, and allows for a reduction in installation space. In addition, the biota inside the carrier becomes more diverse, and the amount of surplus sludge generated through digestion can be reduced compared to normal activated sludge.
Furthermore, the oil adsorption effect of the carrier allows microorganisms to decompose fat over time, making it possible to decompose and remove fat without the need for pretreatment such as pressurized flotation or a fat decomposition tank. It is a carrier that can demonstrate its ability in the widest range of applications, from ordinary industrial wastewater treatment to wastewater treatment containing oils and fats (including vegetable oils) and exclusion facilities.
