・Achieved "larger size" and "higher speed" of molding size using uniquely developed powder material and new mechanism laser ・Further advanced metal 3D printer Features

■“Increasing the size” of the model

・LPM450 is capable of the largest printing in the series (printing capacity approximately 5.8 times that of previous models). ・Furthermore, by using our proprietary technology "SRT method" and proprietary powder material "SVM", we have achieved large-scale molding of 400 x 300 x 50 mm using a die-casting mold that is difficult to produce large-sized molds.

■“Building speed increased” with quad laser and small spindle

・Standardized dual laser specifications and optimal airflow structure enable stable printing for long periods of time, achieving both improved average speed and high quality printing. ・The "quad laser (optional)" with four laser units achieves printing speed approximately four times faster than conventional models, while achieving quality and stable printing equivalent to standard specifications. ・Furthermore, the reference surface machining time has been significantly shortened due to the small spindle.

■Easier to print various kinds of metals

- Equipped with one MRS (Material Recycle System: a unit that automatically supplies powder, automatically collects powder, and automatically sieves powder) as standard. ・Material exchange can be completed within 2 hours by simply replacing the MRS for each powder, and operation with multiple powders can be handled with a single machine. ・In addition, the newly developed "Material Trial Unit A/B" (optional) allows trial printing of various powder materials by simply attaching an attachment. Not only can materials be replaced in a short time, but also test printing can be done with a small amount of material.
