・Meeting larger and more diverse needs - Parallel mode significantly improves printing speed ・Continuous automatic operation is achieved with automatic material discharge and automatic supply device (optional) Features

■One-process milling

・Metal powder is melted by irradiating it with laser light, and then can be continuously processed through milling using a rotating tool. ・This single machine achieves high-precision, high-quality processing performance for plastic molds with built-in 3D cooling piping and parts with complex designs.

■High-speed modeling and cutting time reduction Automatic material discharge and automatic supply device

・Using a new processing method (parallel mode), it is possible to print multiple locations at the same time by controlling one laser at high speed. ・Also, depending on the 3D shape to be printed, we have optimized the balance between the number of laminations using the laser and the cutting and finishing processing using tools, significantly shortening the cutting time. ・We have developed an automatic material recovery system (MRS: option) for metal powder and have achieved continuous operation.

■In-house NC equipment and dedicated CAM

-Equipped with a new NC device "LN4RP" developed and manufactured in-house and a high-performance linear motor. ・Design of mold with built-in 3D cooling piping using CAD and resin temperature simulation using CAE. After creating an NC program using the dedicated CAM "OS-FLASH" from the designed CAD data, the mold manufacturing process using OPM350L can be performed in one stop.
