・One machine can handle everything from metal powder modeling to high-speed milling finishing. ・Realizes stable molding at high speed over a longer period of time, supports a wide variety of powder types, and improves operating rates Features

■Both improved printing speed and high quality printing

- Now available as an option for dual laser specifications equipped with two laser oscillators. We have also redesigned the modeling chamber to achieve an optimal airflow structure and low oxygen concentration environment. ・This not only enables stable printing for a long time, but also improves printing speed and achieves high quality printing. ・Furthermore, the high-speed milling function driven by a linear motor enables high-precision finishing of laser sintered surfaces with a single machine.

■Supports a wide variety of powders

・The high-speed metal 3D printer "LPM325S" is equipped with the popular cartridge-type MRS* as standard. - Materials can be replaced within 2 hours by simply replacing the MRS for each powder. - Operation with multiple types of powder can be handled in a short time with one machine, and this MRS can also be used with the LPM325S, contributing to space savings at the manufacturing site. *MRS (Material Recycle System): A unit that automatically supplies powder, automatically collects powder, and automatically sieves powder.

■Improved maintainability/operation rate

・We have developed an in-house fume collector that removes and cleans the accumulation of metal vapor (fume) generated during laser processing. - The fume collection capacity during operation has been significantly improved, and maintenance frequency has been reduced to approximately 1/2 compared to conventional machines. ・Additionally, in addition to the printing monitoring function that allows you to monitor the printing status on the NC screen, even more stable printing is possible with the melt pool monitoring (optional) that allows you to directly monitor the melting status.
