About This Product

Today, there is a strong demand for measuring the flow rate of powders and granular materials during transportation and supply. However, measuring powders and granular materials presents numerous challenges due to their physical properties, making it an extremely difficult task compared to liquid flowmeters. While various powder and granular flowmeters have been released, each with its own advantages and disadvantages, no definitive solution has emerged. Our goal is to simplify system operation, improve accuracy and reliability, and keep costs low. We offer the FM-701 Powder and Granular Flowmeter, which employs a capacitance method.

■Features

- Long life. Its simple structure—powder or granular materials pass between two opposing metal plates—provides long-term stability with no mechanical moving parts. - Innovative chopper method: The capacitance measurement circuit employs a revolutionary chopper method that switches capacitance before the bridge input, minimizing temperature error. - Low cost and easy installation make it less expensive than other methods.
