About This Product
Cleaning liquid (semi-aqueous cleaning agent) The quality of moisture meter processed products is improved by cleaning. Up until now, Freon 113 and trichloroethane have been mainly used for cleaning. However, due to its impact on the destruction of the ozone layer, cleaning with Freon 113 is to be completely abolished (with the exception of specified Freon), and trichloroethane has been pointed out to be harmful.
Therefore, various cleaning agents have been announced as alternatives to fluorocarbons. Among them, cleaning agents called ``semi-aqueous'' have good cleaning power and are expected to be used as an alternative to Freon.
Semi-aqueous cleaning agents are treated as safe cleaning agents, so they are used in the form of an aqueous solution containing a few percent of water. Therefore, it is necessary to control the water content of the aqueous solution. In this field, the near-infrared (IR) method has been the mainstream, but our inexpensive and highly accurate moisture meters (capacitance method) are now used by many users.
Moisture/temperature, capacitance/conductivity can be displayed. Capacitive type, ideal for moisture management in semi-aqueous cleaning agents. Our inexpensive and highly accurate moisture meter has been well received by many customers.
