■Nex Flow™ Air Nozzle
Blow-off, air nozzle application for air guns
The Nex Flow™ Air Nozzle is the smallest application point to air amplifier. The larger the air nozzle, the higher the amplification efficiency of the airflow, which can reduce energy consumption.
All Nex Flow™ air nozzles meet OSHA*Pressure Standard CFR 1910.242 (b) for safety. Air nozzles not only reduce energy consumption, but also significantly reduce noise.
■Nex Flow™ Air Jet
Air jets are larger than air nozzles and are suitable when you need to apply amplified air to a larger area. It is much more efficient than an air nozzle and is used in situations where more compressed air is used than the nozzle. The best use case is where air amplification efficiency is required compared to air blades, and it is used in place of multiple air nozzles.
Air nozzles are used for point blowing, while air jets are suitable for continuous blowing over a relatively large area. All Nex Flow™ air jets are adjustable to provide any clearance adjustment, have a female 1/8” NPT thread, and are made of lightweight anodized aluminum.
■Features of Nex Flow™ Air Jet
Models 45001, 45002 and 45003 air jets utilize a small amount of compressed air passing through an annular chamber, which is then sped up by the Coander effect and expelled through a small ring nozzle. This creates a vacuum and the suctioned surrounding air is compressed and converted into a high-output airflow, maintaining a high output flow. As a result, it also saves energy and reduces noise.
