■Industry's first: Demonstrated correlation with CT scan results

Our materials and process development team of scientists and developers has developed algorithms that enable automatic post-build detection of incidents while also showing high correlation with CT scans. In this study, for defects larger than 200μm in Laser FormTiGr23 (A) and MaragingSteel (A) printed on a DMP 320 metal 3D printer, we investigated the failure of fusion (LoF) seen in CT scan data and 100μm in DMP Inspection analysis results. % correlation was verified. Automatic algorithms detect defects and areas of interest
