■Summary
・Since the 307R uses polysilicon electrodes, metal-free static and dust removal is possible.
- Dust attached due to static electricity is removed using an ion jet filtered with a 0.01μm filter.
- Two types of blow-off nozzles are standard: one for wide area and one for spot area.
・A buzzer notifies you of abnormalities in the high voltage drive circuit, and automatically shuts off the high voltage output.
