PODEA thought from the beginning that there would be no spread of laser processing machines without solving this problem. At the same time as the release of PODEAZERO, we have been preparing to provide dust -collecting deodorizers. Laser processing machines are basically burning. Dust, smoke, and smell will always occur. A device to solve this problem is a dust -collected deodorizer.
The air that is properly designed by the basic configuration as a dust collector (pre -filla fine filter, activated charcoal filter, HEPA filter) can be operated by laser processing machines without smoke, odor, and exhaust. The most frequently replaced prefiler is made so that only the filter part is replaced, so that running costs can be reduced at a very low price. For activated carbon, the replacement cycle is installed as long (10L) so that it can be as long as possible, and by keeping the replacement cycle as long as possible, the total high occupancy rate and running cost are reduced.

This product is driven using a dedicated line linked from a PODEA laser processing machine. Please contact us separately when considering use other than PODEA laser processing machine. It cannot be used for dust -collecting deodorization other than the CO2 laser processing machine.
Prefilter, fine filter, activated carbon filter, and HEPA filter are consumables. Please purchase from our web shop according to the usage status. The air discharged from this device is clean, indoor exhaust is not a problem, but the laser is basically burning. Please ventilate regularly. In order to improve the product, there is a possibility that it will be changed without notice, such as specifications, prices, etc.
