About This Product

This is a screw with a built-in washer. The washer is installed before the thread rolling process, so the washer will not fall off. Additionally, due to superior rolling technology, there is very little unthreaded area (incomplete threaded area) under the washer.

■Main uses

Any type of fastening that requires a washer, such as when the material to be fastened is resin. Product features

■Complete fastening with no lifting

Conventional screws with built-in washers inevitably leave an incomplete thread of approximately 1.5 threads (thickness of the washer + 1.5 threads) below the bearing surface of the screw head. Wiz suppresses this incomplete thread to 0.5 threads. Since there are few incomplete threads, even when the material to be fastened is extremely thin, stable and secure fastening is achieved.
