■When piping in series
A built-in 2-cylinder air pump that uses a DC motor. Can handle higher pressure by piping in series.
- Approximately 1.3 times higher pressure than parallel piping: maximum discharge pressure 230kPa, maximum suction pressure -90kPa, maximum discharge flow rate 10L/min, maximum suction flow rate 9L/min
・Low vibration: The diaphragms (connecting rods) on both sides move symmetrically and cancel out each other's vibrations, greatly reducing vibrations in the direction of diaphragm vibration.
■When piping in parallel
A built-in 2-cylinder air pump that uses a DC motor. High flow rate is achieved by parallel piping.
・Approximately twice the amount of air compared to a single cylinder system: maximum discharge pressure 180kPa, maximum suction pressure -70kPa, maximum discharge flow rate 18L/min, maximum suction flow rate 16L/min
・Low vibration: The diaphragms (connecting rods) on both sides move symmetrically and cancel out each other's vibrations, greatly reducing vibrations in the direction of diaphragm vibration.
■Double piping
A built-in 2-cylinder air pump that uses a DC motor. By connecting two pipes, one unit can perform the work of two single-cylinder units.
・The performance of each piping is the same as that of the single cylinder type: maximum discharge pressure 180kPa, maximum suction pressure -70kPa, maximum discharge flow rate 10L/min, maximum suction flow rate 9L/min
