About This Product
The screw type dry vacuum pump is an innovative dry pump that uses a unique screw shape, achieving the world's lowest operating speed among screw types.
The screw type performs single-stage compression from intake to exhaust in a non-contact state, and has the feature of efficiently exhausting powder and mist that accompany gases such as air and gas. It is used as a highly reliable pump in a wide range of vacuum applications such as liquid crystals, solar cells, pharmaceuticals, and chemical industries.
■Features
・Pumping speed: 500-60,000L/min
・Ultimate pressure: ~0.08Pa
■Vacuum pump operating principle
A type of vacuum pump that continuously moves fluid in the axial direction by guiding fluid into the meshed gap using a screw installed inside the pump casing and rotating it. Our vacuum pump uses a Quimby screw. A dry type that creates a clean vacuum that does not cause oil back.
■Screw rotor vacuum pump rotor shape comparison
・Queen Bee Screw (Daiko Vacuum Pump): The gap between the rotors can be minimized and the rotors mesh tightly, so there is little leakage. The hooked shape makes it easy to remove foreign objects. High efficiency at low rotation speeds
・Rectangular threaded screw: The volume is small, making it difficult to remove mixed foreign matter.
■Structure comparison of vacuum pumps
・Queen Bee Screw (Daiko Vacuum Pump): The exhaust route is short and the route to exhaust is one pass, minimizing gas agitation and powder clogging, and efficiently removing entrained materials (powder, etc.) Can be exhausted well. Fewer powder locks and lowest failure rate
・Multi-stage Roots/Claw impeller: The exhaust route is complex and compression is performed in stages in each chamber, so there is a possibility of powder locking and clogging at each stage. Condensable gas must also be vented in each room.
■Features of Queen Bee Screw
・Less locking or clogging caused by foreign objects
・Low rotation, low noise, low vibration
・By changing the shape of the screws on the Quimby side and the taper side, the gap between the screws is narrower, reducing the amount of leakage.
・The gas used is difficult to liquefy
・The gas used is difficult to sublimate
