About This Product

FlowSimulator3D is a three-dimensional finite element thermo-hydraulic analysis system targeting plastic extrusion processes. This system works with 3D CAD: MOI, a low-priced version, 3DCG: Blender, which is freely available on the web, and Tetra solid element automatic generation mesher: Netgen. It consists of two advanced analysis programs: 1 and Multi Profile Simulator, which predict the thermal flow state and extrusion/interface shape of molten resin with free surfaces and multilayer fluid interfaces at high speed and with high accuracy.
