About This Product

This product is a highly accurate 5 1/2 digit, PCI bus compatible digital multimeter board that can measure 2 channels simultaneously. It has 5 measurement functions: DC voltage/current, AC voltage/current, and resistance. Recording data directly to a computer contributes to a significant reduction in takt time, downsizing of inspection equipment, and cost reduction. Simultaneous continuous sampling of 2 channels is possible with a maximum conversion speed of 1500SPS. Features

■Achieving miniaturization and cost reduction of inspection equipment

Achieves high-precision digital multimeter functionality with an expansion board for your computer. Inspection equipment can be consolidated onto a single computer, eliminating the need for measuring instruments and expansion boards for communication, making the inspection equipment more compact and reducing costs.

■Direct control from a computer significantly reduces takt time.

Compared to a system that uses a measuring instrument and a computer, the transmission time from the measuring instrument to the computer and the communication processing process are omitted, and the data can be recorded directly to the computer and a pass/fail judgment can be made immediately, significantly shortening the inspection takt time. You can.

■High precision 5 1/2 digits, simultaneous measurement of 2 completely independent channels possible

Adopts a 24-bit ΔΣ type A/D converter, allowing measurement with up to 5 1/2 digits (DC voltage/current, AC voltage/current, resistance (only channel 1 supported)). Since the two channels are isolated, synchronous measurement of the two channels is possible even if there is a potential difference between the channels. In addition, continuous sampling at a maximum conversion speed of 1500SPS x 2 channels can be achieved.

■Comes with "front panel software" that can be used immediately as a digital multimeter.

Comes with application software ``Front Panel Software'' modeled after a bench-top digital multimeter, so you can immediately use it as a voltage/current/resistance measuring instrument without programming. This application also has a function to diagnose and report the status of the board and device driver, so it can also be used to check the execution environment you have set up.

■Equipped with an auto range function that automatically adjusts the range depending on the size of the input signal.
