■System control

The SCA product line's microcontroller-based SYS6000 can be used in any common fieldbus system. In addition to mobile terminals or remote control panels, it can also be controlled from a web browser, improving operability. It also includes a wealth of features that increase uptime, quality, and reduce maintenance requirements.

■Weighing system

The SCA product line offers shotmeters with large cross-sections for high volume applications, such as gap filling in battery assembly. It has many advantages such as high durability specifications for long life, easy installation and maintenance, and precise control with an error of ±1%. The ADKE6000 meter series is available in different versions to meet diverse application requirements, including 1C/2C, single/tandem configurations, and cold/hot material conveyance.

Fast-curing two-component (2C) materials require specialized metering, mixing, and dispensing systems. SCA offers a fully automated two-component dispensing solution. To obtain maximum mixing quality, we use mixing valves that meet the following requirements:
