About This Product

Smart tensioning system that provides operational guidance and traceability for tensioner operations

■Summary

The Smart Tensioning System is a traceable guided bolt tensioning solution consisting of three main pieces of equipment: Smart tensioners (STT) have built-in electronics and sensors that provide feedback to the operator about the status and results of the work. The hand controller (PFHC) is the brain of the system and controls processes such as ID scanning with a built-in barcode reader, hydraulic pump activation, and work data collection. The entire system interacts with each other depending on the actions performed on the hand controller. The SP2000 hydraulic pump is equipped with our durable motor and high performance electronics.
