About This Product
■What is Freon Keeper?
This is a leak detection device developed in-house that can detect fluorocarbon leaks as early as approximately 10% by attaching them to refrigerators and using ultrasonic waves.

Features of Freon Keeper
■POINT1 Early detection of Freon leakage using ultrasound
When a Freon leak begins, the liquid Freon circulating inside the refrigerator cannot fully condense, creating small bubbles. By using ultrasonic waves, it is possible to instantly detect small bubbles that cannot be seen with the human eye, which was previously difficult even for experienced engineers, and enables early detection of fluorocarbon leaks before a temperature alarm is issued.
When there is a shortage of fluorocarbons, the capacity of the refrigerator decreases, and the operating rate increases, resulting in continuous operation and increased power consumption. The increase in power is hard to notice, but it is much more power than you might imagine. Only the Freon Keeper can manage this.
■POINT2 IoTization of refrigeration equipment with Freon Keeper
We constantly collect, measure, and monitor various data such as outside air temperature, liquid refrigerant temperature, discharge temperature, suction temperature, electric energy (current), etc. 24 hours a day, and our unique system determines leaks. For example, it is like being monitored 24 hours a day by a veteran engineer, but it is more reliable and accurate. Since the collected data is automatically sent to the server every 10 minutes, it is possible to centrally manage refrigerators at multiple stores over the web without having to go to the site. If a leak is detected, an email will be automatically sent to the person in charge to notify you.

One of the major impacts of fluorocarbon leakage is the increase in power consumption of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment, with separate showcases used in supermarkets and other places leaking 16% of fluorocarbons annually from operating equipment.
