About This Product
The Daimark holder is a special jig for using filament type DM1 cartridges. It consists of a holder part (cartridge fixing part) and a coil part (filament driving part), and two types are available depending on the pulse voltage specifications output from the prober or visual inspection device. The H2 (H2R) holder is a jig that has a filament stroke adjustment function (return amount adjustment) when using a 5MIL cartridge.
Effective for stabilizing the dot diameter when marking small chips such as discrete products. Also, since the holder itself does not have a position adjustment mechanism, we recommend using it as a set with an inker base that has an X-Y-Z adjustment mechanism.

■H2/H2R holder
・The H2 holder is a holder with a stroke adjustment mechanism when using a 5Mil (125 micron) cartridge.
・Small dots are stabilized by adjusting the amount of filament return.
■Specifications
The coil specifications are available in SC2430 (24VDC to 30VDC) and SC4560 (45VDC to 60VDC) depending on the applied voltage specifications depending on the equipment to be installed (prober, visual inspection equipment, etc.).
