About This Product

Powder weighing automation system Dosing System This is an automated powder weighing system from Italy's CO.RA. A fixed-quantity supply valve consisting of two discs has the outer valve disc for large and medium dosages, and the small inner rotor for small dosages until metering is complete. This system allows for injection with an accuracy of ±14cc.

Expanding and contracting silicone rubber tightly seals the bag and filling opening.

■Flexible installation method

Both fixed and mobile versions are available, allowing installation to suit your environment.

■Highly accurate and quantitative supply

The mechanism using two valve bodies enables fixed-quantity supply at ±14 cc by connecting it to a metering system.

■Quick supply

The first 90 to 98% is injected using the outer valve body, and the last 2% is adjusted using a rotor with a small pocket capacity, achieving high precision and quick dosing.

■Reduced maintenance time

Sanitary specifications allow for easy disassembly and cleaning, reducing maintenance time.
