This type is commonly used in factories, warehouses, etc. This is a lifter that can be easily used as a transport cart, workbench, and elevator at any site. It is safe with a sudden drop prevention valve. It also comes with a device that doubles the climbing speed by switching. This model is heavy, so it is not suitable for carrying around. If the maximum load is applied, the lifting function will not work. For safety reasons, we recommend that you consider increasing the load by one rank rather than choosing a model with full capacity. Conveyors and turntables can be attached to lifter carts. *However, we do not accept content that significantly exceeds the loading platform size, height changes, or modifications or changes that increase load capacity.

■Features

Since the cart's loading table moves up and down, it can be moved from the workbench, conveyor, etc. according to the height, so the burden is light. Basically, the table is operated by stepping on the foot to activate a hydraulic cylinder via a pump to raise the table. Descending can be stopped at any position by loosening the valve. In addition, various functions and safety devices have been added to make it easier to use.

■Safety device

The anti-drop valve prevents the table from dropping suddenly. It is attached to the port of the hydraulic cylinder.

■Quick frying device

If you turn the pedal to the left and step on it, the lift-up speed will approximately double. If you switch to early rise, the stroke of the hydraulic cylinder will become larger and the desired height will be reached faster.

■Safety is also important on the back of the table.

The pantograph is designed to run on rails to prevent accidents when going up and down. The casters are equipped with a swivel caster stopper below the handle.
