About This Product

This is a trolley that compactly integrates the three basic functions of loading, transporting, and lifting. Equipped with various safety devices. This is a manual type that raises the loading platform by repeatedly stepping on the foot pedal. This is a cart (lifter) that supports the cargo platform with a mast (pillar) and raises and lowers it. Delivery record: Manufacturing factories, various wholesalers

When there is no load (light load), the table rises 2 to 3 times faster, increasing work efficiency. It has a safety design that automatically switches to normal speed when a certain load is exceeded. However, only the 400kg type is equipped as standard. I think it would be a good idea to use "Normal" when handling delicate or unstable cargo, and switch to "Early Fry" for other situations. This will be left to the discretion of the operator. ■Prevention of overloading. Built-in automatic load check valve

The weight of the cargo cannot be seen visually. Automatic load check valves prevent overloading during lifts, protecting workers and products.

■Easy-to-use body structure. Matches a wide range of work environments.

Since the trolley loading platform rises and descends while being supported by a mast (vertical column), the lowest position of the loading platform is lower than that of a normal table lifter, making it easier to load. In addition, there are no obstacles at the bottom of the loading platform other than the front legs, so you can put the front legs under the shelf and go deep into the shelf. ■Applications

The lifter trolley is a derivative model of the transport trolley, with the added function of raising and lowering the loading platform. It cannot be used in ways such as height adjustment in units of several millimeters or as a substitute for a jack. Also, it is not intended to display people/animals.

■Selection

Please select based on the size of your luggage and allowable load.

■Usage environment

The operation is set based on normal temperature and flat ground within the premises. Please avoid using in special environments such as acids, alkalis, seawater, oil, and underwater. Doing so may cause damage.

■About the stopper

・Make sure to press the stopper lever all the way with your foot. Please use it with your feet as there is a risk of getting your hands caught. ・Do not force the movement with the stopper attached. - Do not apply the stopper while driving, as this may cause damage.
