About This Product

The lowest height of the cart's loading table is 80 mm, which is considerably lower than a normal table lift cart. Normal table lift carts have a floor height of 210 mm or more, which is approximately 30% lower. Ideal for transporting beer bottles and heavy items from low positions. This is the perfect trolley for lower back pain. CSGLH-200-80L and CSGLH-400-85L are now available as models with wheels changed to urethane wheels. It is also possible to sell urethane wheels only.

■Notes

・CSGLH-100-80L is compatible with rear wheels only. (Front wheel is rubber only) ・CSGLH-600-90L is equipped with urethane wheels.

■Bogie structure with a focus on low height

The wheel arrangement has been changed to lower the base of the trolley (lower frame of the trolley). The handle-side casters under the cargo bed are placed outside (below the handle) instead of under the cargo bed. The front wheels will be placed under the cargo bed, but a portion of them will be placed inside the frame to make them lower. The loading platform is lowered so that it overlaps the lower frame of the truck. This secures the lowest position. As a result, it is less susceptible to outdoor use and uneven surfaces.

■ Helps reduce work burden

If the cargo is heavy, just loading it onto the platform of the trolley is a difficult task. The lower the loading platform, the less burden there will be. It can also be slid when transferring from a low shelf.

■Applications

The lifter trolley is a derivative model of the transport trolley, with the added function of raising and lowering the loading platform. It cannot be used in ways such as height adjustment in units of several millimeters or as a substitute for a jack. Also, it is not intended to display people/animals.

■Selection

Please select based on the size of your luggage and allowable load.

■Usage environment

The operation is set based on normal temperature and flat ground within the premises. Please avoid using in special environments such as acids, alkalis, seawater, oil, and underwater. Doing so may cause damage.
