About This Product

This is a non-handle type (no handle) that allows you to place long items etc. Recommended if you often handle long items. Can be installed on standard and medium-sized table lifters. A lifter that handles long objects without a handle. The new model will be available from December 16, 2019. From December 1, 2021, this item has been changed to a one-time estimate item. Delivery record: Maintenance shops, furniture manufacturers, pachinko machine manufacturers

■Made it easier to handle long items.

If you handle long objects, they will interfere with the handle. Therefore, we made it possible by removing the handle and moving the lift/lower switching lever to the lower pump section. Available in standard and medium size types.

■Caution

Made-to-order products. The lowest point is about 35-100mm, higher than normal. The height varies depending on the model.

■Two functions safely increase work efficiency.

・Safety device: The sudden drop prevention valve prevents the table from falling suddenly. It is attached to the port of the hydraulic cylinder. ・Fast lift device: Turn the pedal to the left and step on it to double the lift up speed. If you switch to early rise, the stroke of the hydraulic cylinder will become larger and the desired height will be reached faster.

■You can improve your work depending on your ideas.

- Significantly reduces the burden of heavy mold manufacturing work. ・Used as a leveler to ensure proper working position during parts processing and inspection work to improve work efficiency. ・Developing flexible logistics as a mobile transport trolley to the production line ・Improve the efficiency of loading and unloading from shelves at warehouses and distribution centers. ・Improve efficiency by using it as a workbench for pressing and shearing processing. ・Although we have received requests for 4-wheel freedom, we do not recommend this for safety reasons. *For safety reasons, our model uses casters with stoppers for both swivel casters. ■Applications

The lifter trolley is a derivative model of the transport trolley, with the added function of raising and lowering the loading platform. It cannot be used in ways such as height adjustment in units of several millimeters or as a substitute for a jack. Also, it is not intended to display people/animals.

■Selection

Please select based on the size of your luggage and allowable load. *The main body color of CSLTX-H250-8S-NB is "yellow". The photo is an old model.
