About This Product

The cart's loading table rises and falls nearly twice as much as the standard type, so it can accommodate high shelves, etc. Please note that the position of the descending end will be higher instead. Lifts loads higher than standard. Three models are available depending on the load. All models weigh approximately 100kg, which is quite heavy. It is extremely dangerous to use it on a sloped location. Please be careful when making your selection. The new model has been introduced since August 2019. ■POINT

The loading table is raised and lowered using a pantograph (diamond-shaped mechanism that retracts) using a hydraulic cylinder via a foot pump. The pantograph is set up in two tiers, allowing it to be fried high.

■Two functions safely increase work efficiency.

・Safety device: The sudden drop prevention valve prevents the table from falling suddenly. It is attached to the port of the hydraulic cylinder. ・Fast lift device: Turn the pedal to the left and step on it to double the lift up speed. If you switch to early rise, the stroke of the hydraulic cylinder will become larger and the desired height will be reached faster.

■You can improve your work depending on your ideas.

- Significantly reduces the burden of heavy mold manufacturing work. ・Used as a leveler to ensure proper working position during parts processing and inspection work to improve work efficiency. ・Developing flexible logistics as a mobile transport trolley to the production line ・Improve the efficiency of loading and unloading from shelves at warehouses and distribution centers. ・Improve efficiency by using it as a workbench for pressing and shearing processing. ・Although we have received requests for 4-wheel freedom, we do not recommend this for safety reasons.

■Safety is also important on the back of the table.

The pantograph is designed to run on rails to prevent accidents when going up and down. The casters are equipped with a swivel caster stopper on the right side under the handle. (The stopper is a double stopper that stops turning and wheels.) Models with "-B" at the end of the model have stoppers on both of the swivel casters under the handle. ■Applications

The lifter trolley is a derivative model of the transport trolley, with the added function of raising and lowering the loading platform. It cannot be used in ways such as height adjustment in units of several millimeters or as a substitute for a jack. Also, it is not intended to display people/animals.
