About This Product

All combined parameters are measured with high sensitivity. Microcal Peaq-ITC is a high-sensitivity and low-capacity, low-capacity, is a low-capacity, constant calorie meter that can measure the interaction of the biomolecule in the solution. In this system, all binding parameters can be measured directly in one measurement, and can be analyzed using only 10 µg samples, from binders with weak vitality to high. Semi -auto maintenance function minimizes the intervention of the operator. The system can also be upgraded to the fully automated Microcal Peaq-ITC Automated. Ideal for the most important labs are the ability to adapt to speed, sensitivity, and even more work in the future.

■ Overview

Microcal Peaq-ITC is designed to coexist with ease of use and excellent sensitivity. This system calculates the heat generator or heat absorption during biochemical bonds, and calculates the binding affinity (KD), the binding ratio (n), the entertainment change (ΔH), and the entropy change (ΔS) from the measured values. Sample preparation and system optimization can be minimized, so you can quickly and easily get data. With a wide range of affinity range, it is possible to analyze with excellent reproducibility, from binders with low affinity to high. Microcal ITC is an indispensable tool in a lab environment where the interaction of biomolecules is examined and high -sensitivity and quick results are the highest priority. ・ User -friendly workflow with a helping movie can generate high quality data even for any level of users. ・ By high S/N ratio, reliable data quality can be brought, and the validity of the obtained dissection constants and the validity of thermodynamics parameters can be evaluated. ・ Automatic cleaning of sample cells and titration syringes with detergent supports high -quality and reproducible data. ・ All bonded parameters (dissection constants, bond ratio, entertainment change, entropy change) can be obtained by just one measurement. ・ Assay development is minimal, labeling and fixing are not required, there is no molecular weight limit, and the measurement results can be obtained quickly.
