About This Product

Vibration sensor/data logger LB2010 is a small, lightweight, sensor-integrated vibration measurement data logger that can be configured with multiple channels. The data transmission function allows data to be stored in the cloud via the network. Enables vibration observation and remote monitoring of structures.

- Acquires time information from an NTP server on the network, achieving high accuracy of data time.

■FeaturesA MEMS sensor, A/D converter, data transmission function, and data recording are condensed into a small housing measuring W120 x D120 x H60mm. Installation is complete by connecting the power supply and network and securing the casing. There is no need to install or connect external sensors. The information necessary for operation is obtained from the cloud, so after installation, simply turn on the power to begin vibration measurement and data transmission.

Because it is small, lightweight, and easy to install, it is easy to build a multichannel system that records vibration data simultaneously at multiple locations in buildings and other structures. The vibration data measured by each aircraft is aggregated on the cloud, so you can analyze various vibrations by analyzing this data.

The MEMS sensor installed in LB2010 measures vibration as acceleration in 3 axes (X/Y/Z). Collects high-precision data with a detection range of ±2G and a resolution of 20 bits after AD conversion. The sampling rate of collected data is 100sps, and a file is generated every minute. Data is recorded in the WIN format, which has a proven track record in earthquake observation, so it can be applied flexibly.

Recorded data is aggregated on a cloud server. The server that records data can be specified according to customer requests, making it easy to deploy cloud-based application solutions. Even if you are mainly working on the client side, you can build an optimal solution by combining features such as local data recording using a USB memory (optional).
