About This Product

A special modified rubber silicone softener that gives various fibers, especially synthetic fibers, a soft texture with less sliminess and excellent resilience, and a slight water repellency. Unlike regular silicone, it has an extremely low refractive index, which causes strong discoloration during processing, so it can be used as a color deepening agent for polyester and acetate. It has some water repellency, so it prevents water spots and even chalk marks. It can also be used as a special softener for our darkening agents.

・ Has flexibility and resilience unique to rubber - Provides high resilience to synthetic fibers, especially knitted fabrics ・ Strong discoloration due to processing and dark color processing effect - Less slippery feeling like regular amino silicone - Excellent compatibility stability with other processing agents, resins, fixes, etc. ・ Excellent processing machine stability

Softener that does not interfere with the performance of deep dyeing agents

■Usage example

・Pad method: Dilute to 0.1-1% for synthetic fibers and 0.5-4% for natural fibers, pad, and dry. Use 1-2% for dark color processing. When using in combination with our darkening agent, please use 0.5~1%. ・Soaking method: 0.2~2% owf, bath ratio 1:40~100, treatment in room temperature bath for 10 minutes or more - dehydration - drying, heat setting and baking as necessary.
