About This Product

Evaluate the liquidity of the powder on the unique measurement principle. A powder fluid analysis device that also supports a small sample. It is easy to accumulate and standardize the data of the fluid rate of powder.

■ Overview

The powder leometer FT4 can measure the state of the powder sample as it is. There are abundant measurement items such as shearing and wall friction, and the fluid rating of the powder is reproducible well. It has been highly evaluated in the industry as the only system using a completely new measurement principle. The main features are as follows ・ Multiple turns off from 10ml samples ・ Wall friction test is possible ・ Measurement of good reproducibility by conditioning cycle before measurement ・ Various fluid measurement is achieved with one unit ・ Dynamic tests are possible to reproduce the actual manufacturing environment ・ Evaluation that reproduces the storage status is possible ■ ・ Flowability measurement method by rotating blade By simultaneously measuring the "rotating torque" and "vertical load" obtained by blading (rotation wing) in the powder (rotation wing), you can intuitively obtain high -sensitivity and highly reproducible fluid information. ・ Stability test (dynamic fluid test) Evaluate the powder characteristics when the powder is static. The most stable data is called the BFE (BASIC FLOWABILITY ENERGY), which finds the total energy luxury required to perform a lower -facing test to a conditioning powder. In addition, the index of stability obtained in this test is found as Si (Stability Index). It can be said that the closer the SI is to 1, the more stable. Also, when testing upwards to the conditional powder, the value of the energy value required to flow the powder layer by the powder weight is determined as the SE (Specific Energy).

■ Test test

A plot of a shelter that is measured in the case of a shelter in each vertical force is called a destructive wrapping line, and a sliding stress is added to the powder layer because the strong shear stress is added than the destructive entanglement line. It is calculated as a "adhesive force" between the shen -corresponding particles when the vertical stress is 0 on the destructive entanglement line. Measurement by attaching the optional "Sennable Acupuncture Measurement Kit".
