About This Product

This is a combination agent that improves the performance of our water and oil repellents. Normal guard processing for kimono etc. provides complete water and oil repellency, but the inside of the body, pongee, finished fabrics, etc. have glue, fabric softener, etc. attached to them, so even if you increase the amount of guard agent used, However, it is not possible to obtain complete water repellent guard performance. In such cases, 800 is a special auxiliary reinforcing agent that can be used in combination to obtain complete water and oil repellent guard performance. For synthetic fibers, water repellency and washing durability can be improved by using 800.

■How to use

・Usually, please prepare the processing fluid according to the following procedure. ・Standard Solben water repellent 700cc 3.7%, Solben 800 100~200cc 0.53~1.1%, various petroleum solvents, etc. 18ℓ (1 can) 95.7%, total 18.7ℓ 100% ・Spray the above solution on a pad and dry naturally or with normal hot air. ・Performance will be further improved if you lightly heat the hot water afterwards. ・Please use the remaining liquid within 3 days and pass it through a cloth or tempura oil before use. Please note that in this case, performance will decrease slightly. ・Caution: When handling, wear protective equipment such as a solvent mask and gloves, and ensure adequate ventilation. Please note that if you mix Solven 800 undiluted solution with a guard agent or anti-mold agent, it will turn into a gel.
