About This Product

By improving chip fracture resistance and suppressing chipping caused by vibration when cutting thin materials, we have achieved a longer life span of over 20% compared to conventional MollePro. Ideal for cutting automotive stainless steel moldings and thin steel plates with a wall thickness of 1 mm or less.

■Improved fracture resistance by using high-toughness chips

By improving the fracture resistance of the insert and suppressing chipping caused by vibration when cutting thin materials, we have achieved a longer life of over 20% compared to conventional specifications.

■By optimizing the slit and improving the rigidity of the base metal, deformation and burrs of the workpiece are suppressed.

The saw blade design with an improved slit shape improves the rigidity of the base metal, suppresses deformation and burrs on the workpiece that tend to occur when cutting diagonally, and achieves more stable cutting.
