About This Product
Regarding λp805nm, laser diodes are currently used in medical equipment, analytical instruments, etc., but we have achieved λp805nm using light emitting diodes, which are easier to handle than laser diodes.
The optical output is IF = 50mA, achieving a high output of 15mW (Φ5 plastic mold). The shape can range from the standard Φ5 plastic mold to cans with lenses, etc., available upon request.
Multi-chip LEDs with λp805nm + desired wavelength can also be manufactured upon request. Applications include medical equipment, analyzers, security light sources, etc.
