About This Product

■ Measurement principle

By permanent magnet, the coil has a certain magnetic flux. When there is no piece of iron, the magnetic flux does not change and does not induce the voltage, but when the iron piece enters the magnetic field, the magnetic flux in the coil changes and generates voltage. This voltage is caused by a change in the time of the magnetic flux, and is induced when the iron piece is moving. This instrument applies this principle to examine the presence or absence of iron pieces in the magnetic field.

■ Features

This instrument is a magnetic induction type iron piece detector that can automatically alert iron fragments such as needles and bolts that have entered in woven fabrics, non -woven fabrics, foods, ore, etc. It can be detected by high sensitivity, from small insect pins to large bolts, so it is suitable for quality inspection in various fields.

･ Small iron piece (about insect pin): about 60mm ･ Large iron piece (bolt M7 × 50mm): about 300mm
