When water measurement is performed, the normal pressure heating and drying method is often the official law. However, the regular pressure heating and drying method takes time and the facilities are large. In addition, the normal pressure heating and drying method in a small amount of water is very difficult. In the past, such hydraulic water measurements have been used in many problems with curl -fisher droplets (KF methods) using organic solvents, etc., but this method also had various problems. These problems have solved the trace water meter FM-300s. This instrument is a moisture measuring device that complies with the regular pressure heating and drying method. ■ Measurement method In a heated tube blocked out of the outside air, an infrared light is irradiated with an infrared light and heated and dried, and a vaporizer other than generated water and moisture is carried to the filter with a carrier gas (N2). Therefore, after the water selection operation is performed, only the moisture is extracted in the moisture adsorbent, and the water value is determined from the mass change in the adsorbent. It is called the Filtered MoistureAdosortion Method, which is the most effective method in measuring a trace moisture by changing the mass due to heating and drying, and is a method that conforms to the official law, which is a public law, is a method of heating and drying. ■ Moisture selection operation The substances generated by heating and drying are not only moisture, but also organic matters (such as vaporization other than moisture). Operation to remove the generated vaporized goods is called water selection operation. After heating and drying, it is performed once through the activated carbon.
