About This Product

This instrument is an instrument that does not contact the target paint thickness. The biggest advantage is that you can use the non -contact features to make the unprecedented paint thickness measurement before curing and the powdered paint film thickness before burning. If the uneven dried paint thickness is known, it can be repaired early and repaired before curing, and the effort to fix and rework can be significantly reduced. Unlike the most common electromagnetic type and overcurrent type in the membrane thickening measurement, the base can be applied not only for metal but also for various objects such as paper, rubber, ceramic, glass, plastic, and wood.

■ Realization of non -contact measurement by utility radiation method

･ After the coating is warmed by excitation caused by visible light, the temperature drops by spreading according to the film thickness. ･ Since the occurrence of surface heat varies depending on the film thickness, this change is converted to a read film thickness by measuring the radiation of infrared rays.

■ The measurement distance and angle correspond to flexibly

･ Since the measurement distance of the instrument is 2 to 15 cm and the irradiation angle ± 35 ° is high, it can be measured with a freehand even if it is a hung and flowing object. ･ The measurement spot is about 7 mm in diameter when the measurement distance is 2cm, and the larger the distance, the larger the distance.

■ Data management by cloud

･ Wi-Fi connection is required for measurement to use. Since the measurement data is on the cloud, data can be shared in real time even from a remote location. * Cloud services can be used for 36 months after purchase (renewal fees are incurred afterwards). By purchasing a local server, you can use it without cloud use.

■ Measurement range
