This instrument is an instrument that does not contact the target paint thickness. If the uneven dried paint thickness is known, it can be repaired early and repaired before curing, and the effort to fix and rework can be significantly reduced. Unlike the most common electromagnetic type and overcurrent type in the membrane thickening measurement, the base can be applied not only for metal but also for various objects such as paper, rubber, ceramic, glass, plastic, and wood.

■ Realization of non -contact measurement by utility radiation method

・ After the coating is warmed by excitation caused by visible light, the temperature drops by spreading according to the film thickness. ・ Since the occurrence of surface heat varies depending on the film thickness, this change is converted to a read film thickness by measuring the radiation of infrared rays.

■ The measurement distance and angle correspond to flexibly
