About This Product

This is a filter testing device that uses a particle counter to measure the pressure drop and dust collection characteristics of AIR filters. In addition to the conventional FTS-285MS and 500MS, vertical models FTS-330MS and 330MSR are also available. JIS-compliant testing of filters up to 500 x 500 mm and 20 mm thick is possible.

■For JIS-compliant filter testing using a particle counter・Test equipment for measuring air filter pressure drop and dust collection characteristics
・Measuring dust collection characteristics using a particle counter
・Maximum test area is ⌀285mm (284mm for vertical type)
・The fan rotation speed is easily stabilized and measurements can be taken in a short time.
・Filter testing in accordance with IS is possible

■The location where this device is installed must meet the following conditions.・Indoors that are level and stable
・A place that is not subject to large vibrations or shocks
- A location strong enough to install the total weight (approximately 400 kg).
・A location where maintenance space of approximately 1m can be secured all around.
・A place where AC100V and AC200V 3-phase power can be supplied
・Places where the ambient temperature is 0°C to 40°C
・Place where the atmospheric humidity is 35-85%RH
・A place with an entrance/exit where this device can be brought in
