About This Product

This device takes out the cardboard sheets stocked in the magazine section one by one, supplies them to the machine's box making section, and waits. Products supplied in one row are sorted into three vertical rows by shaking the guide left and right, and when there are six products (3 products x 2 rows), they are transferred onto waiting cardboard sheets. Then, pull it downward so that the front and rear flaps are folded in, followed by the top flap. While the sheet (product) is moving, fold in the inner flaps on both sides, apply hot melt to the flap surface, then fold in the top and bottom outer flaps at the same time, crimp the rear top flap, then crimp the outer flap, and transport it out of the machine. It's a device.
