About This Product

■Product overview

・This is a system line that aligns and accumulates products transported by a conveyor, inserts them sideways into two manufactured cardboard cases at the same time, and then seals the boxes all at once. ・This device transports the cases discharged from the fully automatic box making machine to the caser using a right-angle transfer conveyor. At the caser, the two transported cases are placed on standby, and the products transported from upstream are stacked in two rows of five products, and the two stages are inserted into the cases. A fully automatic box sealing machine automatically folds the top flap, attaches adhesive tape, and then transports the package.
