About This Product

Woody biomass power generation. It is a remarkable renewable energy. Various wooden wood chips for power generation use various wood, such as forest land deflection and construction waste, and the amount of water contained. The amount of water chip in the water tip is directly related to the amount of heat, ignition, and combustion, and has a significant effect on the boiler power generation efficiency. In the past, water measurement of wood chips was measured by the "Heat and Drying Law", but it is a major drawback that it lacks speed and requires dedicated equipment. This instrument "Wood Tip Metropolitan MT-200" can measure moisture simply by inserting a stick-shaped sensor in the mountains of the wood chip. Although it is a simple operation, it is calculated using the newly developed newly developed wood chip -dedicated calibration line*, so you can get a reliable water level. This one is active in the production, acceptance of wood chips, and chip yards. We recommend that you are confident from the watermeter expert Ketsuto to the wood chip experts. * Contaded line: A formula that converts the electric signal measured by the sensor into a water value.

Wood of wood is often represented by the drying amount standard (Dry Base), but it is displayed in this device as a wet base (Wet Base).

■ Upper limit alarm function

You can set a maximum water alarm for moisture for efficient moisture management. If the measured value exceeds the set value, it will be notified by the buzzer.

■ "Cutting chips" and "crushed chips" 2 types of calibration curves

In addition, you can remember up to 13 types of user -specific calibrations.

■ Measurement accuracy
