This device pulls in vertically stacked cardboard sheets one by one in the magazine section, opens them, automatically folds the bottom inner and outer flaps, attaches an I with adhesive tape, and then transports them out of the machine. - By combining with the reverse opening type, it is possible to manufacture boxes in any direction in which the sheets open in a space-saving manner. ・Inverter control realizes reliable tape application. -Size changes are quick and easy by adjusting the handle. ・Touch panel standard equipment. Troubleshooting can be done while looking at the screen. - Taping leg length can be adjusted, so it can accommodate any specification. (Comes with a tape remaining detection sensor as standard) - Has a tape folding structure (tape diameter ~ φ320) for easy tape replacement. (Comes with a tape remaining detection sensor as standard) - The sheet magazine section is flat and low, making it easy to feed, and the forced conveyance allows processing down to the last sheet. ・Because it is compact, it has a wide layout range, making it easy to install in narrow spaces and integrate into system lines. ・This is our unique mechanism that allows stable box manufacturing regardless of the cardboard case (A, B, AB flute). ・The long magazine type uses a rodless cylinder type seat rear retainer as standard to ensure safety.
