Product overview

■Achieves even more space savings than the conventional Little Former

By eliminating the magazine part that protrudes from the main body, it is now possible to install it in narrow and narrow spaces that were difficult to install with conventional models, making it easier to secure work space and flow lines. ・This device pulls in and opens the cardboard sheets stacked vertically in the magazine section one by one. This device then automatically folds the bottom inner and outer flaps, affixes them with adhesive tape, and then transports them out of the machine. ・Unlike the conventional model, the main body and magazine are straight, which further saves space and makes it easier to incorporate into narrow layouts. -Size changes are quick and easy by adjusting the handle. You can also change to automatic adjustment (preset) as an option. - The length of the taping leg can be adjusted, making it compatible with all specifications, and has an open structure (equipped with a sensor to detect remaining tape) for easy tape replacement. ・We have adopted our own unique mechanism that allows for stable box manufacturing regardless of the type of cardboard case (A, B, C, AB flute). ・Accurate tape application is possible by inverter control for case feeding.
