About This Product

■Fully automatic box making machine that connects the main body and magazine in a straight manner and can be incorporated into narrow layouts.

Unlike the conventional model, the main body and magazine are connected in a straight manner, which saves space. By eliminating the magazine part that protrudes from the main body, it is now possible to install it in narrow and narrow spaces that were difficult to install with conventional models, making it easier to secure work space and flow lines.

■Features

・This device pulls in and opens the cardboard sheets stacked vertically in the magazine section one by one. This device then automatically folds the bottom inner and outer flaps, affixes them with adhesive tape, and then transports them out of the machine. - It is compact and easy to install, and the straight body and magazine make it easy to incorporate into various layouts. - Changing the size of the seat stopper is quick and easy by adjusting the handle. - The length of the taping leg can be adjusted, making it compatible with all specifications, and has an open structure (equipped with a sensor to detect remaining tape) for easy tape replacement. ・We have adopted our own unique mechanism that allows for stable box manufacturing regardless of the type of cardboard case (A, B, C, AB flute). - The sheet magazine section is flat and low, making it easy to feed, and the forced conveyance allows processing down to the last sheet. ・Accurate tape application is possible by inverter control for case feeding.
