About This Product

This instrument is an infrared water meter of a standard model that can display up to 0.01%digit that uses a heat -drying quality measurement method that has a principle close to the official law. In order to achieve a high -performance and high -precision hydrogen meter while being a standard model, the mass sensor is equipped with a balance unit "Uniflock *" with a decomposition ability of 1 mg, and the heat source is equipped with a large heat capacity of 200W x 2 medium -wavy infrared quats heater. * "Uniblock" is the product name of Shimadzu Seisakusho.

■ Six types of measurement modes in response to various measurement requests

■ Display the water change amount (⊿m) for 30 seconds

The water change amount (⊿m) is displayed in the display part. It is easy to set a guide at the end of the measurement, and is also effective when determining the measurement termination conditions.

■ Equipped with an auto -tear mechanism

-The auto -spare mechanism will continue to be continuously calmed by mass sensors during water measurement. ･ Even in long time measurement, the effects of the balance drift are reduced, and high -precision measurements can be made.

■ Equipped with medium wavelength infrared quartz heater

･ Quartz heater (maximum energy wavelength 2.6 μm) has excellent drying efficiency of a wide range of samples, and is considered to be less likely to be different depending on the color of the sample, so it can be ideally dry. -The average life expectancy is 20,000 hours, which is 5 to 10 times longer than conventional infrared lamps and halogen lamps.

■ Save 10 measurement conditions

･ Measurement conditions (drying temperature and measurement mode) must be set for each measurement sample. ･ This instrument has 10 measurement conditions storage areas. ･ Measurement preparations can be performed more smoothly.

■ External output to PC and printer

･ The measurement process and results can be output to the PC or printer. ･ In the PC, it is possible to attach the result to MS Excel * with the optional software, or in the printer, a dry state during measurement, the final measured value, etc. can be printed out and printed out. * MS Excel is a trademark of Microsoft.

■ Calibration of mass sensor is possible

You can print out the output corresponding to the requests of GLP, GMP, and ISO when calibration. The calibration of the mass sensor requires an optional exclusive copper.

■ IQ/OQ compatible

In the delivery of this instrument, you can perform IQ / OQ (eligibility verification at the time of installation / operating performance eligibility).
