About This Product

■Summary

We process it to match the customer's press machine. QDC=Quick Die Change, a die set for changing molds in a short time. It is recommended to use QDC while attached to a press machine, so the size of the mold needs to be standardized to some extent. QDC is a single-shot type, and there are sizes from No. 1 to No. 4. If you want to press multiple processes continuously using the same press machine, we also offer QDC's multi-process type = Q-ACE. Consider conventional molds by dividing them into the "die set part" and the actual "mold part." The "die set part" remains attached to the press. The "mold part" is attached to the base plate with a reference hole. The "die set part" has a high-precision pin that corresponds to the base plate, and this pin enters the reference hole of the base plate and is the key to matching the upper and lower dies and the accuracy of the front and rear stages. Not only single-shot and transfer types, but also progressive types are separated and attached to the base plate, making them smaller and lighter and easier to handle. Conventional molds require a large die set with multiple stages, and only the mold part has to be manufactured, stored, moved, and maintained, making it cheaper, faster, and easier. Since replacing the mold involves replacing the "mold part" attached to the base plate, no experienced personnel is required, and even part-time workers and female employees can perform single setups. For clearance and correspondence of the "mold part", use a mold matching jig presetter.
