About This Product

■High-performance continuous centrifugal dehydrator with screw discharge type, compact and space-saving design

This dehydrator is suitable for drying raw materials in the manufacturing process of minerals smaller than 10 mm, especially tankar. This machine has many features such as continuous operation, large processing capacity with low power consumption, excellent dewatering performance, compact size and space saving.

■Features/Overview

・The raw materials introduced from the supply pipe are dehydrated by centrifugal force on the wedge wire screen installed inside the basket, and then discharged by the screw. ・Continuous operation ・Excellent dehydration performance (maximum acceleration 1,000G) ・Sand can be dehydrated (moisture content 1.0% or less after dehydration) ・Compact and space-saving design ・Easy maintenance and inspection ・Drying effect with hot air heater (optional)
