■Applications
- Used as a low-current instrumentation cable for controlling factory production equipment and wiring measurement and monitoring systems. Note) SKEV-SB and EM-SKEE-SB are cables for fixed wiring. Do not wire to moving parts.
・"SKEV-SB, EM-SKEE-SB" is compatible with all sizes and serial communication (RS-232/RS-422/RS-485).
■SKEV-SB
- Workability: Color-coded system prevents incorrect wiring and facilitates wiring connection work. The conductor is made of aggregated tin-plated annealed copper stranded wire, making it easy to solder, and comes with a drain wire, making it easy to connect to the ground.
・Heat resistance: Made of heat-resistant vinyl that can withstand temperatures as high as 90℃, so you can use it with confidence even under high temperatures.
・Flame retardancy: Flame retardant equivalent to vertical combustion test UL1581 (VW-1).
・Oil resistance: Since oil-resistant vinyl is used for the sheath outer covering, it has sufficient oil resistance against oils used in factories, etc.
・Non-migrating: The sheath outer covering has non-migrating properties to ABS resin and PS resin, so there is no need to worry about color transfer to peripheral devices.
・Noise resistance: Due to the paired configuration, it has excellent crosstalk characteristics between lines. In addition, the double shielding of Alpet and tin-plated annealed copper braid blocks external noise.
■EM-SKEE-SB
We also manufacture cables with various shields (copper tape, each pair of shields).
■SKEV-S (CU) /EM-SKEE-S (CU)
To further enhance the shielding effect, we can also manufacture a type in which the shielding layer is replaced with annealed copper tape.
■SKEV-PSB-SB/EM-SKEE-PSB-SB
Each pair is coated with tin-plated copper braid, and then the tin-plated copper braid is used for bulk shielding, and the shielding effect is increased by doubling.
