・Material = Chloroprene rubber / Symbol: NR / Operating temperature range: -20℃~+80℃ / Applicable fluid: Refrigerant compatible products, refrigeration oil, nitrogen, air, helium
・Material = Fluororubber / Symbol: V / Operating temperature range: −15℃~+180℃ / Applicable fluid: Air, helium, nitrogen
・Vacuum degree=1.3x10^-1Pa (1x10^-3mmHg)
