About the product

■Features

・The clamping method uses a stainless steel chuck (specially treated) to evenly secure the outer circumference of the pipe to securely and securely clamp the pipe. -Double seal structure that simultaneously seals the pipe tip and outer periphery when clamping maintains high airtightness and high vacuum properties. ・Refrigerant compatible specifications for air conditioners, refrigerators, etc. *SGU1270 and 1580 are made-to-order products.

■Applications

・Water, oil, freon and other fluids ・For refrigerant charging ・For airtight pressure leak test ・Vacuum quotation ・Air-tightness test and vacuuming of air conditioning equipment piping, etc.

■Chuck structure

When you tilt the handle lever, the slide collar (outer tube) moves in the direction of the arrow. At that time, the chuck locks the pipe firmly by biting into it.

■Seal material usage temperature range

・Material = Hydrogenated nitrile rubber/Symbol: HN/Operating temperature range: −20℃~+120℃/Applicable fluid: R-134a ・Material = Chloroprene rubber / Symbol: NR / Operating temperature range: -20℃~+80℃ / Applicable fluid: R-22 / Helium gas / R-407c / R-410a ・Vacuum degree=1.3x10^-1Pa (1x10^-3mmHg)
