About This Product
For the maintenance and management of social infrastructure such as concrete structures and steel bridges, and for seismic reinforcement of structures, we offer non-corrosive, lightweight continuous fiber sheets, lattice bars, and plates made mainly of carbon fiber, aramid fiber, glass fiber, etc. We offer reinforcing materials in various shapes such as , rods, and strands, along with our own unique construction methods.
■Strand sheet
This is a repair/reinforcement method in which resin-impregnated and hardened FRP strands are processed into a sheet and attached to the surface of a concrete structure using a special adhesive.
Features of strand sheet (internal comparison value)
■ Short construction period and low cost
The special adhesive doubles as a primer and unevenness correction material. There is no need for resin impregnation or defoaming work, and the sheet can be applied immediately after cleaning, resulting in shorter construction times and lower costs.
■Simple and high quality
This is an epoch-making method that fundamentally solves the problems of conventional continuous fiber sheet bonding methods, such as sheet swelling and defects.
■Great reinforcement effect
Strand sheets are available in high elasticity types up to 1,500g/m2, and can provide a greater reinforcement effect with a single layer than the tow sheet method.
■Good construction environment
The special adhesive is in the form of a grease, so there is no resin scattering.
