Sub-micron to 100-micron particles made from high-purity crushed powder heated and melted in the atmosphere (spraying method) into spherical shapes. Spherical fine particles with high purity and excellent filling and fluidity are mainly used as fillers for semiconductor encapsulants and heat dissipation materials.
